The European Parliament And European Council they have just signed an agreement that should lead to European digital license for all citizens present on European territory. It is a very first step towards a sort of revolution as regards the driving permit.
The agreement we are talking about is in fact preliminarywhich must then be approved and implemented by all Member States within four years. This to make you understand that it is something that is relatively far in the timerealistically for 2030.
There are gods interesting aspects relating to this hypothetical European license, which could be introduced. Let’s see what they are:

Also in this context, Member States will also be able to allow those who are 17 years old to drive trucks or vans within their territory, only if accompanied by an “expert driver”, an aspect that has not yet been defined by the preliminary text.
