It’s high time to update Android Auto, as new features regarding the music player. Google’s popular infotainment system has indeed received a new update which concerns part of its graphical interface.
In recent years, Google has shown that it cares particularly about Android Auto through updates constant and often significant. The latest arrival has introduced some innovations regarding customized color shades with Material You for the entire user interface, but not only.
With the update to Android Auto 13.4 in fact the new design for the multimedia player of the Google system. This is the player that allows you to manage audio multimedia content on Android Auto, and which is therefore started with all the apps that allow you to access and play audio content.
The image which you find below shows the new design. We see that the main change concerns the cover and the progress bar.
Specifically, we see how the cover image of the album being played has been moved to the left, and at the same height we find the progress bar.
The font for the title and artist information have also been updated, and now appear slightly smaller in size. Finally, we find the update to new Google font also for the music player.
What we have just seen refers to Spotify’s music player but the new look will be extended to the music player of the others too multimedia apps on Android Auto.
The news comes with the update to version 13.4 of Android Auto, which it should be already nearing completion in terms of distribution automatic. So expect to see the new music player soon, if we haven’t already received it.
